Questions from restaurants
Can an AI receptionist really answer calls for restaurants?
Yes. RepOnRing AI is set up with your services, hours, service area and emergency rules, so it can greet callers with your business name, answer common questions, and take the caller's name, callback number, address and what they need. You get an email summary within about a minute, and urgent calls are flagged right away.
Will it answer after hours and on weekends?
On Pro ($119.99/mo) and Premium ($149.99/mo), yes: it answers 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Starter ($59.99/mo) isn't 24/7: it answers Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm your local time and takes a message outside those hours.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your RepOnRing line, either all the time or only when you're busy or don't pick up. Turning forwarding off takes a few seconds.
